Who are you?

Ambitious to achieve the highest grade you can You are ambitious to achieve the highest grade you can in your exam. My experience in teaching and leading departments in some of the world's best schools as well as my examining experience has equipped me with the skills to support students to raise their grade or gain top grades.

Seeking guidance to embed understanding. You may be struggling to understand a concept. This could be due to to your own learning profile, you may have missed some school, or perhaps it's just a very challenging area of the syllabus. I can help you. I am well versed in using different techniques with a variety of learners to help them grasp topics. Using models and simulations and modelling teacher thinking in problem solving are all useful techniques that help. Building connection with students is key and my pastoral background facilitates this.

Balancing commitments, you are busy outside learning. You might be a sportsperson, an actor, maybe you run a business which significantly impacts your time or perhaps you have a caring role within your family. I can support you with any gaps in your understanding so that your knowledge of the curriculum is complete.

How the lessons work

After the free initial consultation where we discuss what we will cover, you will then book your sessions online. These sessions are 1:1, each will be 1 hour long and will take place online using Zoom. The sessions will be very interactive where we will go over the key concepts and test for understanding using past paper questions.
